Professor Afsharipour Presents at University of San Diego

On May 6, Professor Afra Afsharipour presented her paper "Legal Transplant in the Law of the Deal: M&A Agreements in India" at the Faculty Colloquium Series at the University of San Diego School of Law.

Professor Afsharipour's areas of research include comparative corporate law and governance, mergers and acquisitions, and transactional law.  Her scholarship has appeared in numerous law reviews, including the Columbia Law Revie, the Minnesota Law Review, the Vanderbilt Law Review, and the UC Davis Law Review.
