Professor Afsharipour Presents Paper at Washington University School of Law

Professor Afra Afsharipour presented her paper "A Shareholders' Put Option" as part of the Advanced Corporate and Securities Law Colloquium Seminar at Washington University on September 19.  The paper is forthcoming in the Minnesota Law Review.

Professor Afsharipour researches in the areas of comparative corporate law, corporate governance, corporate social responsibility, mergers and acquisitions, and transactional law.
