Professor Afsharipour Presents Paper at University of Colorado Law

Professor Afra Afsharipour presented her paper, "A Shareholders' Put Option -- Confronting The Agency Costs and Behavioral Biases of Acquirers" (forthcoming from Minnesota Law Review) at the Junior Business Law Conference held at the University of Colorado Law School on July 14-15, 2011.  The Junior Business Law Conference brings together prominent junior law professors from around the country some to comment upon and improve each other's works-in-progress. 

Professor Afsharipour researches in the areas of comparative corporate law, corporate governance, corporate social responsibility, mergers and acquisitions, and transactional law.
