Professor Afsharipour Presents Paper at Tulane University Law School

Professor Afra Afsharipour presented her paper "A Shareholders' Put Option" as part of the Faculty Speakers Series at Tulane University Law School on August 29.  The paper is forthcoming in the Minnesota Law Review.

Professor Afsharipour researches in the areas of comparative corporate law, corporate governance, corporate social responsibility, mergers and acquisitions, and transactional law.
