Professor Afsharipour Presents Paper at Seattle University Law
Professor Afra Afsharipour presented her paper entitled "Corporations as Trustees of the Nation? India's Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility Reform Efforts," at the 2011 Symposium hosted by the Adolf A. Berle, Jr. Center on Corporations, Law and Society at the Seattle University School of Law on January 21-22, 2011.
Professor Afsharipour researches in the areas of comparative corporate law, corporate governance, corporate social responsibility, mergers and acquisitions, and transactional law.
