Professor Afsharipour Presents Paper at SEALS Conference

Professor Afra Afsharipour presented her paper "The Agency Costs of Buyer Boards" at the Southeastern Association of Law Schools (SEALS) conference on a panel entitled "The Changing Face of Mergers & Acquisitions."  Other panelists included Professor Steven Davidoff of University of Connecticut School of Law, Professor Lloyd Drury of Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, Professor George Geis of University of Virginia School of Law, and Professor Christina Sautter of Louisiana State University Law Center. 

Afra Afsharipour is an Acting Professor of Law at UC Davis School of Law with special interests in Comparative Corporate Law, Corporate Governance, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Transactional Law.
