Professor Afsharipour Presents at National Business Law Scholars Conference

Professor Afra Afsharipour presented her paper, "Legal Transplants in the Law of the Deal: M&A Agreements in India," and served as a panelist for the plenary panel of the National Business Scholars Conference held  at the University of Chicago Law School on June 24.

Professor Afsharipour's areas of research include comparative corporate law and governance, mergers and acquisitions, and transactional law.  Her scholarship has appeared in numerous law reviews, including the Columbia Law Review, the Minnesota Law Review, the Vanderbilt Law Review, and the UC Davis Law Review.
