Professor Afsharipour Presents at International Corporate Governance and Law Forum

Professor Afra Afsharipour presented at the 2018 International Corporate Governance and Law Forum held at the University of Leeds in England on January 15-16. The forum was hosted by the Centre for Business Law and Practice, School of Law Leeds in partnership with the Centre for Comparative Corporate Governance of the Deakin Law School in Australia. Professor Afsharipour presented as part of a panel on “Board Accountability and Liability.”

Professor Afsharipour’s areas of research include comparative corporate law and governance, mergers and acquisitions, and transactional law. Her scholarship has appeared in numerous law reviews, including the Columbia Law Review, the Minnesota Law Review, the Vanderbilt Law Review, and the UC Davis Law Review.
