Professor Afsharipour Participates in Transactional Law Conference, Competition

Professor Afra Afsharipour participated in "Teaching Transactional Lawyering:  Moving the Project Forward," a discussion of issues related to the teaching of transactional lawyering, and served as a judge for the Transactional Lawyering Meet moot court competition at Drexel University's Earle Mack School of Law on March 4 and 5. 

Afra Afsharipour is an Acting Professor of Law at UC Davis School of Law with special interests in Comparative Corporate Law, Corporate Governance, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Transactional Law.
