Professor Afsharipour Paper among SSRN's ‘Most Downloaded'
"The Emergence of New Corporate Social Responsibility Regimes in China and India," a paper by Professor Afra Afsharipour, was recently listed by the Social Science Research Network (SSRN) as one of its most downloaded papers for the month ending August 11. SSRN is a collaborative of over 258,800 authors and more than 1.7 million users devoted to the rapid worldwide dissemination of social science research.
Professor Afsharipour's areas of research include comparative corporate law and governance, mergers and acquisitions, and transactional law. Her scholarship has appeared in numerous law reviews, including the Columbia Law Review, the Minnesota Law Review, the Vanderbilt Law Review, and the UC Davis Law Review.
