Professor Afra Afsharipour Presents at Tulane Corporate Law Conference

Professor Afra Afsharipour was invited to participate in the Tulane University Law School’s Corporate and Securities Law Conference. She sat on a panel “More Mergers, More Problems” and discussed the topic of “Enhanced Scrutiny on the Buy Side.” The conference took place March 17.

Professor Afsharipour’s areas of research include comparative corporate law and governance, mergers and acquisitions, and transactional law. Her scholarship has appeared in numerous law reviews, including the Columbia Law Review, the Minnesota Law Review, the Vanderbilt Law Review, and the UC Davis Law Review.
