Professor Afra Afsharipour Presents at Emory Law Faculty Colloquium

On March 21, Professor Afsharipour presented her paper, “The Political Economy of Corporate Governance Reforms in India” at the Emory Law Faculty Colloquium Series. She is co-authoring with Professor Umakanth Varottil from National University of Singapore.

Professor Afsharipour’s areas of research include comparative corporate law and governance, mergers and acquisitions, and transactional law.  Her scholarship has appeared in numerous law reviews, including the Columbia Law Review, the Minnesota Law Review, the Vanderbilt Law Review, and the UC Davis Law Review.
