Prof. Afsharipour Presents at Canadian Law & Economics Conference

Professor Afra Afsharipour presented her paper "A Shareholders' Put Option" at the Canadian Law and Economics Association Annual Conference in Law and Economics held on September 23-24.  The conference was held at the Faculty of Law, University of Toronto.

Professor Afsharipour researches in the areas of comparative corporate law, corporate governance, corporate social responsibility, mergers and acquisitions, and transactional law.
