A beloved teacher and colleague and a leading scholar in the areas of intellectual property, globalization, critical race theory, and local government law, Professor Aoki died April 26 following a prolonged illness.  He taught at Oregon Law for 12 years prior to coming to King Hall in 2006 as a visiting professor and joining the faculty the following year.
