Ninth Edition of Professor Imwinkelried-Coauthored Treatise Released

Professor Emeritus Ed Imwinkelried and his coauthors recently released the ninth edition of the multi-volume McCormick on Evidence treatise. 

McCormick and the seminal Wigmore work are the most frequently cited authorities in the official Advisory Committee Notes to the Federal Rules of Evidence.  Over the years, the McCormick treatise has been cited in thousands of federal and state cases.

Imwinkelried authored the first seven chapters in volume one of the treatise, including the analysis of the admissibility of expert testimony.

Imwinkelried is a world-renowned evidence expert who has published extensively in the field. He is the coauthor of Giannelli, Imwinkelried, Roth, Campbell-Moriarty and Beety, Scientific Evidence (6th ed. 2020).
