Professor Bhagwat to co-edit new peer-reviewed law journal
Professor Ashutosh Bhagwat will serve as an executive editor of The Journal of Free Speech Law, a new faculty-edited, peer-reviewed law journal. Professors Jane Bambauer (University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law) and Eugene Volokh (UCLA School of Law) also will be executive editors, with Volokh serving as editor-in-chief.
Volokh writes on The Volokh Conspiracy blog that the journal will be published in print and electronically, with the first issue due this summer. Future articles will be selected by a “robe & gown” editorial board that includes Bambauer, Bhagwat, Volokh and Judge Mariano-Florentino Cuéllar of the California Supreme Court.
