UC Davis School of Law to Host 2014 Association of Pacific Rim Universities Law Deans' Meeting

UC Davis School of Law will welcome 25 deans and their representatives from top-ranked Pacific Rim law schools as the 2014 Association of Pacific Rim Universities (APRU) Law Deans' Meeting comes to King Hall on October 1-4.
On October 2, the APRU Law deans will discuss topics of mutual interest including successful institutional collaborations, student and faculty exchanges, and the creation of international curricula and scholarship activities. The discussions will provide the deans with an opportunity to present successful innovations, pilot projects, and initiatives.
The following day, the APRU deans will engage in a dialogue on immigration law and policy with presentations by UC Davis School of Law dean and faculty immigration experts along with presentations by Asia Pacific deans and/or faculty from other APRU institutions.
Finally, on October 4, the deans will tour the Napa Valley wine country.
