West Academic Casebooks Archive

HeinOnline’s West Academic Casebooks Archive is a collection of thousands of out-of-print and superseded West Academic casebooks, hornbooks, and nutshells. Only the two latest editions of each title are excluded. When a new edition is published, HeinOnline will add the third most recent edition to the database. Currently, the archive includes titles from 1837 through 2018. For more information, see HeinOnline’s New Database: West Academic Casebooks Archive announcement. Bibliography of American Law School Casebooks

This database lists nearly 10,000 casebooks, spanning from 1870 to current within the last year. It is derived from the first and second editions of Douglas W. Lind’s Bibliography of American Law School Casebooks. The database is searchable by subject, author, title, publisher, and series. For more information, see HeinOnline’s Introduction to HeinOnline’s Bibliography of American Law School Casebooks. For search help, see HeinOnline’s Bibliography of American Law Casebooks LibGuide or contact lawlibref@ucdavis.edu.
