New edition of Professor Imwinkelried's trial practice text to be translated into Chinese

The fifth edition of Professor Ed Imwinkelried’s text Dynamics of Trial Practice (with Ronald Carlson., West Academic, 2018) will be translated into Chinese and distributed in China by China University of Political Science and Law.

King Hall's exchange program with CUPL involves faculty as well as students.  Several years ago, Professor Imwinkelried taught a course in American trial procedure at CUPL's main campus in Beijing, using the fourth edition of his text at the time.  CUPL intends to use the fifth edition as a basic text in adversary trial procedure for its faculty and students.

Professor Imwinkelried is a world-renowned evidence expert who has published extensively in the field.
