New Book Co-Edited by Senior Associate Dean Afsharipour Is Released
Edward Elgar Publishing has released Comparative Corporate Governance, a research handbook edited by Senior Associate Dean for Academic Affairs Afra Afsharipour and Fordham University School of Law Professor Martin Gelter.
The book provides state-of-the art perspective on how corporate governance differs among counties around the world, covering highly topical issues including corporate purpose, corporate social responsibility and shareholder activism.
Senior Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Professor Afra Afsharipour’s areas of research include comparative corporate law and governance, mergers and acquisitions, and transactional law. Her scholarship has appeared in numerous law reviews, including the Columbia Law Review, the Minnesota Law Review, the Vanderbilt Law Review, and the UC Davis Law Review.
