Melissa Jones '99 to be firm managing partner of Stoel Rives LLP

King Hall alumna Melissa Jones ’99 has been selected as the next firm managing partner of Stoel Rives LLP. A litigation partner in the firm’s Sacramento office, Jones will be the second woman to lead Stoel Rives in the past 15 years.

Active in the Sacramento business community, Jones has had a distinguished career. She has been elected by the Sacramento Business Journal as “Best of the Bar” every year since 2014,and has served as co-chair of the Stoel Rives Sacramento Region Innovation Awards since the program’s inception in 2016.

Jones’ term as managing partner will begin Jan. 1, 2020.
