Martha West Comments on Ending Affirmative Action
Martha West, a professor of law and expert on employment and sex-based discrimination, commented on KXTV Channel 10 (ABC) on the effect of Proposition 209, passed in 1996, which called for prohibiting race and sex-based preferences and discrimination in California public education, employment, and contracting.
