Latest Issue of UC Davis Law Review Now Available

The latest issue of the UC Davis Law Review has been published and an electronic version of the contents is now available on the website. The articles cover a range of topics, including the challenges of the Internet on theories of personal jurisdiction, discouraging racial preferences in adoption, defining coercion under the Constitutions Establishment Clause, and others.

The UC Davis Law Review ranks in the top 50 most cited legal periodicals in the United States. The law review publishes five issues annually.
