King Hall Environmental Law & Policy Center Hosts Planning and Conservation League Symposium
On February 27, King Hall's California Environmental Law & Policy Center hosted and co-sponsored the annual Symposium of California's Planning and Conservation League. Professor of Environmental Practice Richard Frank '74, CELPC's Director, spoke on a panel focusing on the intersection of the California Environmental Quality Act and climate change, along with recent and pending California Supreme Court decisions on that subject. Also at the PCL Symposium, King Hall Events Manager Gia Hellwig received an award from PCL in recognition of her and CELPC's stellar efforts in hosting the PCL Symposium at King Hall for the past four consecutive years.
