Johnson Comments on Towns Targeting Undocumented Immigrants

Kevin Johnson, professor and associate dean of the UC Davis School of Law, was quoted on immigration enforcement in The Sacramento Bee on July 22, 2007. Johnson commented on the growing number of cities, counties, and states that are passing laws that target illegal immigrants since the U.S. Senate's failure to enact immigration revisions this summer.

“There's a great likelihood of mischief and trouble when local places get involved in immigration laws," said Johnson.
