Irish Evidentiary Foundations
Professor Edward J. Imwinkelried will co-author the Irish version of Evidentiary Foundation, to be released in late 2007. Imwinkelried's book, Evidentiary Foundations, is now in its sixth edition and has sold more than 125,000 copies in its publication life. Imwinkelried's co-author for the Irish version is Professor Liz Heffernan of the University College Dublin School of Law. They have a forthcoming, co-authored article in Irish Jurist, the law review of the University College Dublin Law School and Ireland's oldest and most distinguished legal periodical.
Imwinkelried is the leading scientific evidence scholar in the nation. Widely published, Professor Imwinkelried is also a co-author of The New Wigmore, the leading evidence treatise. He was awarded for the second time the Distinguished Teaching Award at the UC Davis School of Law in 2006. He teaches contracts, trial practice, and scientific evidence.
