International Education Week

The UC Davis 2005 International Education Week features programs that will prepare students for a global environment and attract future leaders from abroad to study, learn, and exchange experiences in the United States. The UC Davis School of Law and the UC Davis Scholars at Risk Program sponsored on Wednesday night a showing of Hotel Rwanda, followed by a discussion with a Rwandan human rights journalist.

As part of the campus global community, you are invited to participate in the 2005 International Education Week (IEW) activities during November 14 - 18. Choose from an array of activities, including the first annual IEW Student Fair on Tuesday, November 15th, at Freeborn Hall, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Enter to win a free trip to Europe. Enjoy free baklava, pot stickers, and quesadillas. Visit tables showcasing student organizations, international programs, travel, and more. For a calendar of activities, check out the web site at International Education Week.
