Holly Cooper Provides Immigration Litigation Updates at American Immigration Lawyers Association Conference

On November 11, Holly Cooper, lecturer and staff attorney with the UC Davis School of Law Immigration Law Clinic, spoke at the American Immigration Lawyers Association's Northern California Conference in San Francisco.  She spoke on litigation updates from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and analyzed new, precedential decisions as well and provided litigation strategies for custody hearings.

Holly Cooper is a Lecturer and serves as staff attorney at the UC Davis Immigration Law Clinic. Her areas of specialty include immigration law and detained immigrants' rights.
