Excellent Transfer Class Joins Law School

A number of law students are transferring into UC Davis School of Law from other prominent law schools from across the country. This year, 16 transfer students will join the UC Davis School of Law J.D. program. Students hail from schools such as UC Hastings College of the Law, Case Western Reserve University School of Law, Santa Clara University School of Law, Seattle University School of Law, Penn State The Dickinson School of Law, University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law, and a number of other law schools.

The UC Davis School of Law is recognized as the best law school established in the last 50 years, one of the best small public law schools, and among the top 15 law schools for its diverse faculty and students.

The School combines a rigorous full-time academic program with strong interdisciplinary studies and pioneering programs in clinical legal education. The three-year J.D. curriculum is challenging and intensive. Specialized work in all major areas of the law is offered.
