Democrats should threaten to 'pack the court,' Professor Tang writes in New York Times

Professor Aaron Tang wrote an opinion piece headlined “Democrats, You Should Threaten to Pack the Court” as part of the New York Times’ “How to Fix the Supreme Court” package, published on Oct. 27, just after the confirmation of Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett.
