Dean Johnson Speaks at ABAS Luncheon
Dean Kevin R. Johnson spoke at the Asian/Pacific Bar Association of Sacramento Speaker Series Luncheon on October 8, delivering a presentation entitled "Immigration and Reform: Rethinking America's Borders."
Among those present were the Honorable William Yee, commissioner, Sacramento County Superior Court; the Honorable Dave DeAlba, judge, Sacramento Superior County Court; Grace Arupo '02, Kathryn Doi '85, Yoshinori H. T. Himel '75, Kara Ueda '00, and Amal Abu-Rahma '97.
Kevin R. Johnson is Dean and Mabie-Apallas Professor of Public Interest Law and Chicana/o studies at UC Davis School of Law. He is an internationally recognized scholar in the fields of immigration law and policy, refugee law, and civil rights.
