Dean Johnson to Speak on Immigration for ACS Event

Dean Kevin R. Johnson will be a featured speaker at "The Immigration Crisis: Federal Policies, State and Local Responses, and the Impact on Community Safety," an event presented by the Sacramento Chapter of the American Constitution Society (ACS) on July 20 in Sacramento.  Joining Dean Johnson as a speaker will be Julia H. Mass, Staff Attorney with the American Civil Liberties Union of Northern California.

Kevin R. Johnson is Dean and Mabie-Apallas Professor of Public Interest Law and Chicana/o studies at UC Davis School of Law. He is an internationally recognized scholar in the fields of immigration law and policy, refugee law, and civil rights.
