Dean Johnson Gives Keynote Address at Sacramento County Bar Association Annual Meeting

Dean Kevin R. Johnson delivered the keynote address at the Sacramento County Bar Association Annual Meeting in Sacramento on December 4. Dean Johnson spoke on civil rights and immigration to an audience that included Julie Turrini ’87, Steve Boutin ’72, Amagda Pérez ’91, B.J. Susich ’06, and many other King Hall alumni.

Kevin R. Johnson is Dean and Mabie-Apallas Professor of Public Interest Law and Chicana/o studies at UC Davis School of Law. He is an internationally recognized scholar in the fields of immigration law and policy, refugee law, and civil rights.
