Dean Johnson Comments on Judicial Appointments for Fresno Bee
Dean Kevin R. Johnson commented on the pace of federal judicial appointments for an article in the Fresno Bee on the retirement of U.S. District Judge Oliver Wanger, which will leave one of the federal judiciary's busiest regions with an even heavier workload. Dean Johnson stated that the judicial confirmation process in the Senate seems to have slowed in recent years, with "not much activity going on."
