Dean Johnson to address 'Immigration and Agriculture' at farm labor-focused event

Dean Kevin R. Johnson will address the topic of “Immigration and Agriculture” during a daylong UC Davis conference on labor-related issues in California and U.S. agriculture.

“Farm Labor 2020: Technology, H-2A, and Immigration” will be held 8:15 a.m. to 3 p.m. March 20 at the UC Davis School of Law’s Kalmanovitz Appellate Courtroom. The event is presented by the UC Davis Global Migration Center.  Registration closes at noon March 19. See additional information

Kevin R. Johnson is the law school’s dean, Mabie-Apallas Professor of Public Interest Law and professor of Chicana/o studies at UC Davis. He is an internationally recognized scholar in the fields of immigration law and policy, refugee law, and civil rights.
