Cruz Reynoso Bar Association Reception for Justice Guerrero

I had the pleasure of attending a reception put on by the Cruz Reynoso Bar Association at McGeorge School of Law in honor of Justice Patricia Guerrero. Governor Newsom nominated Justice Guerrero to be chief justice as Chief Justice Tani Cantil-Sakauye '84 is stepping down. Professors Amagda Pérez and Leticia Saucedo, Consul General of Mexico in Sacramento Liliana Ferrer, UC Davis Law Director of Diversity and Student Life Alexis Elston, King Hall students and alumni were in attendance as well.
