Conflict in Iraq

Professor Diane Marie Amann, an expert on international criminal law, was quoted in the Los Angeles Times on the resignation letter submitted by the Iraqi chief judge in Saddam Hussein's trial. She says the judge's departure would "call into question the viability of these U.S.-backed efforts to try Hussein and his associates."
