CLA Environmental Law Section awards 3 fellowships to King Hall students
The California Lawyers Association’s Environmental Law Section awarded three of its four summer fellowships to King Hall students.
Lilliana Freeman, Janaki Jagannath and Ariahna Sanchez, all from the class of 2020, participated in the CLA program, through which students spend 8-10 weeks practicing environmental, energy, land-use and/or natural resources law at a government agency or public interest organization. Each fellow receives a $5,000 stipend.
Freeman was placed at the State Water Resources Control Board, Jagannath at the Association of Compost Producers and Sanchez at the California Air Resources Board.
