Chander Comments on Companies Investing Abroad

Professor Anupam Chander commented for Tehelka Magazine on the impact of the current U.S. economy on India.  He stated that "some American companies may have less capital to invest abroad, including in India, while others may be anxious to diversify their investments into foreign countries, including India."
