Bloomberg TV Visits King Hall to Interview Professor Miazad About Faith-Based Investing

Bloomberg Television visited King Hall in February to interview Professor Amelia Miazad about faith-based investing. Miazad has written a paper on the topic.

In Bloomberg’s subsequent news report, Miazad discussed the long history of faith-based investing, and noted that “the Christian investor community cannot be summarized on a bumper sticker.”

Professor Amelia Miazad is an expert on the nexus between corporate law and environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues. Professor Miazad’s work has been published in the Vanderbilt Law Review, Minnesota Law Review and UC Davis Law Review, among other leading publications. Before coming to Davis, Professor Miazad was a Senior Research Fellow UC Berkeley School of Law. At Berkeley Law, she founded and led the Business in Society Institute.
