Associate Dean Sunder, Professor Lee Listed among Most-Cited Intellectual Property Scholars

Scholarly works by Senior Associate Dean and Professor of Law Madhavi Sunder and Professor Peter Lee are among the most-cited Intellectual Property (IP) law articles of recent years, according to a study by Professor Ted Sichelman of the University of San Diego School of Law published on the Intellectual Property law blog Written Description.

Professor Sunder's article "IP3," published in the Stanford Law Review in 2006, is listed as No. 19 in a ranking of the top 25 most-cited Intellectual Property articles of the last decade and as the No. 1 most-cited International IP article of the past five years. 

Professor Lee's "Patent Law and the Two Cultures" published in the Yale Law Journal in 2010, is listed as No. 11 in the list of most-cited IP articles published in the last 5 years and No. 8 in the listing of the most-cited Patent Law Articles of the past five years.
