Associate Dean Amar to Speak on Executive Power at Emory Law

Associate Dean Vikram Amar will speak on "Constitutional Theory and the Future of the ‘Unitary' Executive" as part of the Emory Law School's Randolph W. Thrower Symposium on "Executive Power: New Directions for the New Presidency?" on February 12.  Associate Dean Amar will be part of a panel including Professors Sarah Cleveland of Columbia Law School, William Eskridge, Jr., of Yale Law School, and James Fleming of Boston University School of Law.
