Amar Discusses Supreme Court Sentencing Decision, Electoral Vote Initiative
On December 11, 2007, Professor Vik Amar was a guest on KQED Radio's Forum program with Michael Krasney, where he discussed the U.S. Supreme Court decision affording federal judges greater sentencing discretion in crack cocaine cases.
Amar also was quoted in a Contra Costa Times story (December 6, 2007) about a California ballot measure that would change the way the state awards its electoral college votes.
