Kathleen A. Servatius '87, an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of California with the Organized Crime Enforcement Drug Task Force (OCDETF), will receive an award for her outstanding contributions to the prosecution and dismantling of large-scale methamphetamine manufacturing and distributing organizations in California's Central Valley. She will receive the award at a ceremony in Washington D.C. on October 28, 2005.

In addition, in 1997, Ms. Servatius helped organize and instructed at one of the first methamphetamine manufacturing instructional courses for Department attorneys and, since the formation of the Central Valley HIDTA, has provided legal instruction to its members.
