In ABA Webinar, Professor Amar Discusses the 2024-25 U.S. Supreme Court Term

On Aug. 20, Professor Vikram Amar participated in the American Bar Association's webinar, “The Roberts Court 2024-25: Trumpeting Presidential Power.”

Constitutional scholars including Stanford Law School Professor Pamela Karlan and the University of Chicago Law School Professor William Baude also joined to discuss the 2024-25 term of the U.S. Supreme Court.

The webinar was sponsored by the ABA Continuing Legal Education and the ABA Litigation Section.

Vikram Amar, one of the nation's most eminent and frequently cited authorities in constitutional law, federal courts, and civil procedure,  holds the Daniel J. Dykstra Endowed Chair at UC Davis School of Law. He returned to UC Davis as a distinguished professor of law in 2023 after serving for eight years as dean and Iwan Foundation Professor of Law at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign College of Law.
