ABA Section Honors Paper by Marjan Kris Abubo '22

The American Bar Association Section of Environment, Energy and Resources has honored a paper by Marjan Kris Abubo ’22 as a first-place winner in its 2021 Student Writing Competitions.

The paper is titled “Wishing for Green but Perpetuating Greenwashing: Can Private Actors Deploy Environmental Equity Principles Within Their Internal Carbon Taxation Schemes?”

Professor Albert Lin helped advise Abubo on the paper.
