ABA appoints Professor Behre to its Commission on Domestic & Sexual Violence

Kelly Behre, Director of the UC Davis Family Protection and Legal Assistance Clinic, has been appointed to the American Bar Association’s Commission on Domestic & Sexual Violence.

Behre will serve a one-year term on the commission, the stated mission of which is “to increase access to justice for victims of domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking by mobilizing the legal profession.”

Behre has more than 15 years of experience in working with victims of domestic and sexual violence, including service with the Domestic and Sexual Assault Clinic at the West Virginia University College of Law and the Domestic Violence Law Clinic at the University of Alabama School of Law.
