Resources Updates

The Mabie Law Library is pleased to report the addition of the following resources:

  1. Cheetah (product of Wolters Kluwer)
    • Cheetah has online treatises, which include Corporate Governance, Cyberlaw, Securities and other business law topics; as well as treatises on International Arbitration through KluwerArbitration.com (remote access available for current UC Davis School of law affiliates).
  2. Hathi Trust
    • This is a digital repository of collections from research libraries including some full-text views. This search defaults to searching full view texts. Download books and create collections using your Kerberos username and password (access is open to all; additional features available for current UC Davis affiliates).
  3. KluwerArbitration.com (product of Wolters Kluwer)
    • The Kluwer Arbitration contains primary materials such as Bilateral Investment Treaties (BIT), international conventions, arbitral decisions and legislation from select jurisdictions. In addition, there are rules and model clauses. This is also an excellent resource for secondary sources such as the leading treatises, journals and loose-leafs on international arbitration (remote access available for current UC Davis School of law affiliates).
  4. Regulatory Insight - Historical (from ProQuest)
    • Searchable Federal Regulatory histories, which include compiled Federal Register articles associated with Public Laws and Executive Orders from 1936- to within the last completed legislative session. Searching capabilities include Advanced, as well as search by Number forms. Pre-search and post-search options allow the narrowing of a search by agency, subject facets and date (access available for current UC Davis affiliates).
