New Guides on the Bluebook and Researching Seminar Papers

The Mabie Law Library has published two new research guides.

An Introduction to the Bluebook provides tips and resources for usingThe Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation(20th ed.), with a focus on preparingcitations of selected materials for academic law journals.

Researching Seminar and Academic Papers provides step-by-step instructions for finding a topic, performing a preemption check, and researching a topic using Mabie Law Library and UC Davis main library databases.The guide also includes links to materials on how to write academic legal papers.
