Chat with a Reference Librarian

The library is testing a new chat service. Click the "Need assistance?" tab on our main webpage to access this service. Chat reference is an easy way to ask a quick reference question or set up a research appointment. The library's chat service is usually available while the library is open: 8 am to 8 pm Monday to Thursday, 8 am to 5 pm Friday, and 11 am to 5 pm Saturday and Sunday. Chat reference is only available to King Hall students and affiliates.
